Description
The Row Elisa Jacket Sand
A lighter take on the same trench silhouette, The Row Elisa Jacket Sand swaps a structured wool base for a fluid lyocell fabric, keeping the short, garment-dyed trench shape while shifting the hand toward something softer and more fluid.
The jacket falls to the upper thigh in a regular fit, with sleeves cut slightly longer than standard for an easy, elongated line through the arm. Raglan seams run from collar to cuff in one continuous piece, avoiding a set-in shoulder seam and letting the coat move more freely across the body. At the neck, a flat collar lies close against the skin, while the front fastens through a concealed placket that hides the buttons beneath an unbroken run of fabric. Slant pockets sit low at an angle along the hip in the trench tradition, and a matching self-fabric belt with a leather buckle wraps the waist, either cinched for shape or left open for a looser drape. Where the wool version leans structured, this sand colorway is woven entirely from lyocell, a cellulose-based fiber known for a lightweight yet surprisingly stable hand and a soft, fluid sheen across the surface. The interior is lined in a mix of silk and cotton, giving the trench coat a breathable, smooth-sliding finish against layers underneath. Garment-dyeing after construction settles the sand tone into a slightly muted, worn-in depth rather than a flat, uniform shade. Made in Italy, the piece functions as a warm-weather trench, light enough for transitional seasons yet still carrying every structural detail of the heavier version, from the belt to the raglan sleeve.
