The bag is made from lambskin leather with an exceptionally soft, supple hand and smooth surface. The natural leather is coated with a semi-aniline glaze then finished with a fine sanding technique, a multi-step process that provides added protection and durability while enhancing an inherent tactile quality and luminous sheen. A flat base gives the bag a stable foundation while keeping the overall silhouette soft and relaxed rather than rigidly structured. Elongated flat handles offer a comfortable, easy way to carry the bag by hand, staying true to the practical character of a classic bowling bag. A dual zipper closure keeps the bag’s contents secure and easily accessible from either side. Over time and with exposure to light, the leather will gradually become darker, developing a rich patina unique to each piece. Because the nappa leather is soft and absorbent, extra care should be taken to avoid contact with solvents or liquids that may cause irreversible staining, and the bag should be cleaned by gently wiping with a soft, damp cloth.
