Overview

At Only Row, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Any item marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout


Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Products showing signs of wear or use

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take a few days to post.

  3. Contact your bank—some processing time may apply.

Sale Items

We do accept returns of items which are on sale.


Exchanges

To exchange for the same item, email us at info@onlyrow.com with your order number and issue.


Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return a product, please mail it to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
